A graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, Geneva's journey in the world of design has been marked by notable experiences. She began her career under the mentorship of Bunny Williams, a luminary in American interior design, before further refining her craft as an interior designer for Kit Kemp, the esteemed British designer. Her time at Gagosian Gallery further enriched her understanding of art, enabling her to curate spaces and tablescapes that effortlessly marry form and function.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Geneva is committed to community engagement and preservation efforts. As a volunteer at local preservation societies, she advocates for the conservation of historic homes and their intrinsic character. Her fascination with the past extends to her design ethos, as she draws inspiration from the rich heritage of antebellum architecture and the stories embedded within.
